Rinoxy Care puts your hospital or clinic front desk in your pocket. Book appointments, run the OPD queue, keep patient records and collect payments, all from your phone.

Built for reception teams, clinic managers and doctors who need the day's picture without walking back to the counter.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Appointments: book, confirm and check in patients. The desk shows only free slots, so double booking is not possible.
• Live OPD queue: check-in issues a token automatically. Call the next patient, mark consults complete and handle no-shows.
• Patients: full visit history, contact details, admissions and pending bills for every patient.
• Billing: consults raise OPD invoices automatically. Record cash, UPI or card payments and see the day-end total.
• Doctors: consultation hours, leave and per-doctor queues.
• Beds and admissions: ward occupancy at a glance, admit and discharge with summaries.
• WhatsApp desk: see patient conversations, let the AI assistant answer routine questions and take over the chat when needed.
