The RIOT Inspections app makes claims inspections simple. Through a top to bottom photo guided inspection process, and basic data point entry, a seamless, uniform report, as well as a “repair or replace” coverage grade, is produced with little to no field adjusting experience. The coverage grade, or "ROR Score" was developed Based on a survey of over 100 adjusters at over 20 different insurance carriers. This survey required these adjusters to rank our evaluation data points in order of the degree of importance to determine the final coverage decision that was reached.
