This is the worst app I've ever used in my entire life. I do not recommend this app. If it was possible to not rate this app that would be better. To put money is super easy, the stock investment is so bad that you loss money, what is even duper super annoying is to verify your account, for almost a month now I'm yet to be verified. I sent multiple emails with my official documents they still didn't verify me. Without the verification, you can't withdraw your money, very poor customer service.

I recommend Risevest for anyone who's learning the ropes of saving, investment and financial fitness. I watch my money rise every time I add something as little as $10 monthly since June 2022. I have never had to engage a customer care as the app's interface has been seamless for me. As a money novice, I also love to view the breakdown periodically and it's been all good! I have recommended Rise and still do.

Risevest, I think it would be wise to upgrade your customer service and also make the app seamless as well. I've been on risevest for a year plus yet not verified, all attempts failed. I deleted the app countless times and reinstalled hoping it would be better because I didn't want to try other apps other than risevest. I reinstalled it now only for me to see customers reviews which is very poor. I have to uninstall instantly. You need to do a lot of revamp on your app to maintain and attract us

What's new

You can now fund your Naira wallet by simply doing a bank transfer to the new Naira Virtual Account Number.

We've also made some major upgrades to our verification process, we've improved the verification service, added new verification options, and added clear instructions at each step.

You can also now talk to us directly from the app, with the chat icon on your home page.

We've also fixed the bugs that was causing occasional app crashes.
