The "Audi BKK ePA App" is the central portal for all your health needs. It gives you access to various functions, services, and offers that you can use individually and independently of one another. The heart of the app is the electronic patient record (ePA).

With the app, you can conveniently manage your ePA via your smartphone. The most important functions at a glance:
• Important documents always at your fingertips (doctor's letters, medication lists, etc.)
• View medication lists
• Edit file contents
• Upload your own documents
• View service overview
• Manage access rights
• Use the e-prescription function

Electronic patient record – your digital health safe
The ePA is the secure digital storage location for your personal health data. It functions like a safe to which only you have the key: It collects all relevant information about your health – from doctor's reports to medication plans.

With the ePA, you always have your medical records quickly at hand during treatment appointments. You can also share this information with practices and facilities if necessary. This facilitates the exchange of knowledge – including between you and your treating physicians. Sharing ePA content accelerates communication and promotes a holistic view of your health. The cumbersome task of carrying paper documents is now a thing of the past. The patient record makes your life easier and relieves the burden on healthcare providers! After installation, the welcome tour guides you through the various areas and functions.

Messenger - Secure communication in healthcare via chat
Using Messenger, you can securely exchange messages and files containing health data with participating practices and facilities.

E-Prescription - Easily manage prescriptions
Using the e-prescription function, you can manage your prescriptions directly in the app. You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still outstanding. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly within the app.

The app is continuously being developed in accordance with legal requirements.

As Audi BKK, the best possible protection of your health data is particularly important to us. To ensure secure access, a one-time personal identification is required. You have several options for this, which you can select during the registration process.
