Simply apply for the electronic patient file (ePA) from your BKK Freudenberg. This is made available to you as a customer free of charge.

digital storage location, like a safe, for which only you have the key. You decide what data you want to add and which people you want to authorize access to. • Android 10 or later for NFC use and compatible device
• Google Chrome browser installed (does not have to be the default browser)
• No device with a modified operating system
