The BKK Freudenberg ePA app is your central portal for all things related to your health. It offers you access to various functions, services, and offers, all of which can be used independently. At the heart of this app is the eponymous electronic patient record.
BKK FREUDENBERG ePA APP
With our app, you can easily manage your ePA via your smartphone:
• Important documents always at hand
• Edit the contents of your record
• Set access rights
The electronic patient record is the digital storage location for your personal health data: an archive of collected documents and insights related to your health. It facilitates the exchange of information – including between you and your treating physicians. Sharing ePA content accelerates communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.
E-PREPETS
The e-prescription function allows you to conveniently manage your prescriptions: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of prescriptions that have already been redeemed and those that are still outstanding. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly through the app.

Recommended services that we will direct you to in the app:
• organspende-register.de: Central electronic directory where you can document your decision for or against organ and tissue donation
online. Registration in the organ donor register is voluntary, free of charge, and can be updated or deleted at any time.

• Die App zeigt nun sofort an, wenn eine Apotheke ein Medikament abgegeben hat.
• Die Dosierungsangaben aus ärztlicher Verordnung und Apothekenabgabe werden automatisch abgeglichen, sodass immer die aktuell gültige Dosierung angezeigt wird.
• Leistungserbringer haben keinen Zugriff mehr auf Leistungsauskünfte, die durch die Krankenkassen eingestellt werden.
• Die App zeigt nun sofort an, wenn eine Apotheke ein Medikament abgegeben hat.
