The Innovationskasse's ePA app offers you access to various functions, services, and offers, all of which can be used independently. At the heart of this app is the eponymous electronic patient record (ePA). It serves as a lifelong companion, a central, secure archive of all documents and information related to your health. It facilitates a rapid and comprehensive exchange of information between you and everyone involved in your healthcare.

Electronic Patient Record (ePA)
The electronic patient record is the digital storage location for your personal health data.
The ePA serves as a digital archive, providing you with an overview of all collected documents and information related to your health at any time.
It facilitates the exchange of information – including between you and your treating physicians. Sharing your electronic patient record (ePA) accelerates communication and promotes a holistic view of your health.
E-Prescription
The e-prescription function allows you to conveniently manage your prescriptions: You can redeem e-prescriptions and get an overview of already redeemed and pending prescriptions. Using the integrated search function, you can find the nearest pharmacy directly in the app.
Additional Services
In addition to the ePA and e-prescription, the Innovationskasse ePA app offers you many more features. After installation, the welcome tour guides you through the various areas and functionalities.

• organspende-register.de: Central electronic directory where you can document your decision for or against organ and tissue donation online. Registration in the organ donor register is voluntary, free of charge, and can be updated or deleted at any time. The Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA) is responsible for all content. The Innovationskasse is not liable for the content of this website.
• gesund.bund.de: The official portal of the Federal Ministry of Health, offering comprehensive and reliable information on numerous health topics. The Federal Ministry of Health is responsible for all content. The Innovation Fund is not liable for the content of this website.

The development and approval of the ePA app are subject to strict legal requirements, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As the Innovation Fund, the best possible protection of your health data is of utmost importance to us. To ensure secure access, one-time personal identification is required. You have several options for this, which you can select during the registration process.

• Insured person of the Innovation Fund
• Android 13 or higher with NFC capability and a compatible device
• No device with a modified operating system
