The real real estate agent qualification exam consists of two parts, each with its own passing score. A minimum of 60% is required for both parts to pass: Part One consists of 30 multiple-choice questions worth 60 points, requiring a minimum of 36 points; Part Two consists of 20 case analysis questions worth 40 points, requiring a minimum of 24 points. Passing one part does not compensate for failing the other. This app's mock tests are scored separately using the same structure, so you can see which part is dragging you down. A single total score doesn't reveal this.

Each question specifies its basis: most questions highlight the key knowledge points outlined in the exam content. Questions involving statutory law specify the relevant regulations, such as the *Real Estate Agents Ordinance* (Chapter 511), the *Real Estate Agents Practices (General Liability and Hong Kong Residential Property) Regulations* (Chapter 511C), and the *Property Conversion and Property Ordinance* (Chapter 219). For verification, simply refer to the original text in the electronic version of Hong Kong law.
