I want to believe that no one read all the complaints made here. I've tried severally to register on this app, unfortunately I can't proceed to completion. In my case, I received the OTP but can't proceed after entering password. It says phone number or email is invalid which was initially verified by the OTP as valid. It's apparent that there's a glitch, maybe app isn't connecting to database or it's not working at all. Your cashiers should stop referring to this app till you fix the glitch.

It has always been good shopping experience with the reward card. But I suggest the card should have other options where a customer can hand pick things online and does the payment online, thereafter the customer just drives into the mall in his location where he bought the things are pick it up by tendering the online receipt. For instance if I'm in CALABAR, I can just stay at the convenience of my home or office, buy things using the app, make my payment, then when I'm done I can go pick it.

My wife and I were given different and false information regarding job procedures and policies. Some of the recruiting on-boarding staff were unfamiliar with company process. It was almost impossible to track your earnings. We had to download 4 different apps on our phones. We were told incorrectly how the pay periods run and to top it all off, not only were we not paid on time (or in full), but almost every contact we were given to consult us often could not answer our questions. Not impressed
