Rixin Archives is a local smart archive tool for office documents, images, contracts, plans, invoices, and project materials. Files on mobile phones are often scattered across WeChat, QQ, WeChat Work, DingTalk, WPS, Office, browsers, photo albums, and file managers, resulting in disorganized filenames, difficulty in tracing origins, and reliance on memory for later retrieval. Rixin Archives consolidates these materials into a unified local archive system, allowing users to quickly organize and search by archive box, document type, file extension, time, project, organization, amount, source, and tags.

The primary way to use the application is to share files from other apps or open them with other applications. When you receive Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, WPS, Markdown, images, videos, and other materials, you can choose "Share" or "Open with other apps," and then select Rixin Archives. The application will take you to an archiving confirmation page, retaining the original file extensions and allowing you to modify only the filename for clarity, and select the archive box, document type, and relevant dimensions. After archiving, the file is copied to the local directory of Rixin Archives, rather than just saving the external link. Therefore, even if the source app deletes the original file, the archived copy can still be viewed and searched. The AI ​​archiving assistant can be started manually or automatically in the settings. It reads documents, PDFs, and images as much as possible, generating clearer filenames, document types, tags, and summary notes based on the actual content. For example, an engineering implementation plan will be named "Specific Engineering Implementation Plan," and the notes will summarize the project background, main content, scope of implementation, key dates, unit, and amount, facilitating future searching and identification.

The search system consists of keyword retrieval, AI fuzzy search, and a filtering system. Common keywords can be used to search for filenames, summary notes, projects, units, amounts, sources, and tags. AI fuzzy search handles non-standard expressions, such as remembering only "the water plant's quote from last month" or "the acceptance photos sent via WeChat." The filtering system supports criteria such as file type, archived file extension, time, document type, project, unit, and source.

Daily Archives is suitable for people who frequently handle office documents on their phones: engineering project personnel, sales, purchasing, finance, administration, designers, students, freelancers, small team managers, and anyone who frequently receives files from chat software.
