Terrible service. Awful app. Non existent customer service. My account is in process for more than past one month. They used to call me everyday when I didn't create the account. Once I created account, put my information in and deposited the amount, they all disappeared. No response to my queries. No update on when my account will be approved. Everything is just pathetic.

This application is extremely frustrating. My entire amount is stuck in RIZQ, and they are not addressing my problem. I reached out to my bank, and they assured me that the payment was successfully transferred. However, I received an email recently, stating that they confirmed with RIZQ that the beneficiary's amount has been successfully deposited. Why the discrepancy? If it has been delivered, where is the amount? My Suggestion for everyone please don't share your big amount in Rizq.

This application is totally waste of time.First they put you in to the waiting list for no reasons but to make you feel like they are offering something out of the world. Once you pass the pipe they will ask you tons of stuff for your verification, stuff even banks won't ask you while submitting a loan application. Pathetic, waste of time, zero value to offer.
