Terrible service. Awful app. Non existent customer service. My account is in process for more than past one month. They used to call me everyday when I didn't create the account. Once I created account, put my information in and deposited the amount, they all disappeared. No response to my queries. No update on when my account will be approved. Everything is just pathetic.

Uninstalling the app because it does nothing. Please donot install. It will ask you to verify your phone number, Email amd then a random random will appear that you are on xxxxx queue and share this post on social media to jump up on the queue. So, it's just a waste of time. If it's really a financial app and if they are professional then they would have a professional team who verifies account instantly.

This application is extremely frustrating. My entire amount is stuck in RIZQ, and they are not addressing my problem. I reached out to my bank, and they assured me that the payment was successfully transferred. However, I received an email recently, stating that they confirmed with RIZQ that the beneficiary's amount has been successfully deposited. Why the discrepancy? If it has been delivered, where is the amount? My Suggestion for everyone please don't share your big amount in Rizq.
