Need to improve application for better reability, synchronisation is not as smooth and takes always too much time. Bill number is not in sequence, also i cant just view reports as it name says but RKTI can improve that you can only view bills, because if you are away from your desktop and some buyers ask for rates that you have input then you can't view that particular bill. Also sometimes it stuck in some strange error due to that need to clear case or data then re login to company and all syn

One of the worst apps there. Synchronisation is a big problem. There is always stock mismatch. Customer care service is poor, they are always busy, never solves your problems. I spent 50000 rs on this software for my two firms. Don't buy this.

Nice App... New version is best I loved the app as well as software Nice work miracle team... Keep it up... Waiting for the next update as I needed some more data on application for example sales order placement in the app as well as sale bill to be printed or converted in PDF format so that it will be helpful for sales team.. and automatically payment reminders to the customers by SMS facility who's payment is due as on due date And many more things which would be helpful for the users...
