Frustrating and Unusable: Requires Constant Reinstallation This app is currently not working at all. It constantly demands reinstallation just to log in, making it incredibly frustrating and practically unusable. Unless you're willing to go through the installation process every single time you want to access it, you won't be able to log in. This fundamental flaw makes the app unreliable and incredibly inconvenient.

Initially 1 🌟. emailed Reliance customer care several times. Worst App updates sent mail to reliance customer care email about the issue. They are not sure about issues I highlighted earlier too. Its dead slow and shows blank screen to view passbook. Had to wait more than 30 seconds to view pass book. Sometimes it wont show even after waiting for so long. Now within a day they fixed it. Reliance improved their customer care!!!!
