Ratings and reviews

Every transaction done via the app is shown as a failure even after successful payment. there seems to be no intent to fix this issue. Stop replying with automated messages to the feedback. Finally after repeatedly highlighting the issue you have fixed the payment failure error message issue. Though it took half a year to do so.

Overall, the app functions well. However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas for improvement: 1. Frequent Authentication Prompt: After every session or logout, the app requires re-entry of the PAN and completion of the multi-factor authentication process upon reopening. This process could be streamlined. > 2. Non-Functional SIP Calculator: The SIP calculator available within the fund details section appears to be non-operational.

this app absolutely does not work. i have tried operating it on two mobiles and two laptops and it's still not letting me transact. it always stops at the payments page right before making the transaction making it highly inconvenient. please invest in making this app workable.
