No sign-up. No account. No email required. Just install and start — your cycle, your phone, your rules. Your health data is saved locally on your device and is never sold or shared. Backup to Google Drive is optional, encrypted and accessible only by you.

📄 Report for your doctor — generate a PDF with your symptom history from the last 1, 3 or 6 months to bring to your appointment.

⚙️ Customizable phases — adjust the length of each phase in your cycle. Over time, the app learns your actual period length based on your logs.
