Unfortunately, I locked my keys in my vehicle. I used this app to request lockout service. They had a technician on the way within minutes. Almost instantaneously, the service provider called to confirm my location. He was able to arrive within 45 minutes and have me unlocked in less than 5 minutes. While I Hope to never be in this predicament again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service if you need professional and timely assistance.

I downloades this app to schedule a tow during an emergency (flat tire) and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy was to have a tow truck reserved and contracted, very Uber-like. I compared the quoted cost vs. a call-in service and it was like day and night: the app quoted me a very reasonable and more than competitive price. The guy who accepted the two called me to confirm and was very nice. I was very satisfied with the app and the service. Recommend it? Yes.

First time using the app and it's confusing. The status bar at the top is deceiving. It has a countdown timer, but that timer is NOT the estimated time for service to arrive (not as first). Initially, it's just a timer to tell you how long you'll be in queue before a drive actual starts their way to you. Then the timer resets to show time until the driver will arrive. It's deceiving and designed to give you the impression that your service will be quicker. Very frustrating.
