Great deals; terrible App. Trying to actually pay for your selected package is hit & miss; if it does work, it's really slow. We struggled to pay for our deal before leaving home and it was impossible to then try and top up whilst on holiday.

Was willing to purchase and use due to them being Canadian and having great prices, but kept running into an error where when I was checking out, the option to select payment method was grayed out and not able to be selected. Tried multiple times and had to settle and use Saily

Great prices and reviews but at first I couldn't purchase it for the life of me in the app - got the circle of death when trying to pay no matter the method. Then I posted a horrible review, returned to the app to try one last time and presto it worked. Have been using Thailand for 2 months, works seamlessly once purchased. That trick worked twice, but now the 3rd try is not working. It is a nuisance trying to find the secret code of when and how to open the app so that payment is working.
