About this app

You train at the gym with Andreea Brădeanu, a certified personal trainer with 13 years of experience and national bodybuilding champion. She is by your side during every exercise, and StartFit is the online part of the collaboration: the exercises of the week, your progress and your subscription, on your phone.

WORKOUTS ARE DONE IN THE GYM, WITH ANDREEA NEXT TO YOU
• Your program is built after a face-to-face discussion, in the fitness room
• 1:1 workouts, with Andreea who corrects your execution and adjusts your weights on the spot
• Her weekly program and gym location, with direct opening in the maps app
• "I've arrived at the gym": a single tap and Andreea knows you've arrived, and the day's workout is automatically passed to you

WEEKLY WORKOUTS, ONLINE IN THE APP
• See what you have to do at any time: the program appears in the app, divided by training days
• Exercises are grouped into sections, exactly as Andreea structures them
• ​​Sets, repetitions and weights, written by her for each exercise
• Demonstration videos attached to the exercises, which open directly in the app, so you can resume the correct execution

• Complete the welcome questionnaire (lifestyle, physical activity, nutrition, goals, health), and Andreea builds the program based on your answers
• You can download your completed questionnaire in PDF format
• Nutritional counseling and food recommendations are part of the coaching packages and are sent to you personally by Andreea
• Between workouts, you write to her on WhatsApp or email and you can call her directly from the Contact screen
