Once signed up, you will have access to the entire database of exercises, along with specially designed workouts of varied lengths and difficulty levels. These will be updated and added to on a monthly basis.
You can choose to work on one specific element of your playing, or follow one of the pre-designed multi-discipline workouts, using it as a pre-concert warm up or a regular practice aid.
