TrackX is a complete travel solution with two interfaces in one app - one for guests and one for drivers.

FOR GUESTS:
- Book local, outstation and airport trips easily
- Track booking status from pending to approved to completed
- View complete trip history with pickup and drop locations
- SOS and helpline for emergency assistance (SOS activates only when guest is onboard the vehicle)
- Report issues and lost items
- Track carbon savings on your trips

FOR DRIVERS:
- View assigned trips after approval
- Real-time navigation during active trips
- Log fuel expenses for record keeping
- Report incidents on the go with photos
- Track your ratings and performance
- Complete trip history

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Corporate creates guest accounts on web portal
2. Client creates driver accounts on web portal
3. Guest books a trip through the app
4. Corporate panel approves the booking
5. Client panel approves the booking
6. Trip is assigned to available driver
7. Driver completes trip and logs details

KEY FEATURES:
