FCC certified and Free, at no cost to you
We are FCC certified, meaning all eligible US citizens who are deaf or hard of hearing can be qualified to make captioned phone calls on Rogervoice for free. Thanks to the Telephone Relay Service (TRS), a federally funded program.

Two-sided captions
Rogervoice is also free for your hearing friends and family. Simply ask them to download the app and use our app-to-app calling services. They can read a copy of the captions as they speak and be assured that you’re catching what they’re saying.

E911 compatible
We handle your emergency calls with live captions. You have the option to activate automated location services using our telecommunications technology, so that emergency responders can pinpoint your call location, saving precious time and lives. NOTE: e911 is available in the United States ONLY. Use your mobile carrier’s native dialer to make emergency calls outside of the United States.

UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.

Leider fehlt die Funktion in dem man die Anrufe annehmen kann wo dann diese App öffnet. Man muss ja immer den Anruf blockieren und dann über diese App öffnen und zurück rufen . Das ist nicht angenehm. ich bin ein Einzelfall mit dem Ohr Problem und kann nicht jeden fremden/Kunden verlangen diese app zu installieren. Zum Glück hat Android intelligente system eine automatische Untertitel wo man endlich Anrufe annehmen kann und untertitel erscheint immer egal ob ich anrufe oder angerufen werde

Leider kann ich sie bis jetzt noch nicht wirklich gut bewerten, da die Speicher Funktion nur auf der App stattfindet, im internen Speicher des Smartphones ist sie nicht auffindbar. Support ist super, schnell, hilfsbereit, doch auf die Speicher Frage habe ich bis jetzt keine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten. Sollte es Besserung geben oder die Probleme an mir liegen, werde ich die Bewertung ändern. Nach neuesten Infos werden noch keine Datensicherung angeboten, Tipp vom Support einen Screenshot

Für Hörgeschädigte eine sehr gute Unterstützung, die Transkription ist zwar nicht 100% - aber für die "normale" Verständigung reichen auch in einem Gespräch 1/3 des Satzes um zu verstehen worum es geht. Bedienung einfach und intuitiv. RogerVoice Kontakt mit Reaktion innerhalb 24Std. funktioniert leider nicht. Es wäre schön wenn die App auch bei geringer Netzabdeckung arbeiten würde. Alles unterhalb LTE wird abgelehnt.
