Rokstr Sports: Team & Photos

Rokstr Sports

About this app

Rokstr Sports is the youth sports team management app that runs your entire season — registration, rosters, schedules, live scores — and delivers AI-sorted photos of your athlete after every game. One app, one login, free for leagues and clubs.

Rokstr opens registration, runs your roster and schedule, scores and streams the game, and turns a parent's sideline photos into a gallery sorted to each player — so families find their own athlete instead of scrolling hundreds of pictures of somebody else's.

START THE SEASON
• Build a registration form for your league or team — fee, deadline, and a cap on spots
• Families register and pay in the app; no separate form and no chasing cheques
• Everyone who signs up lands on the roster, so registration and the team are the same list

RUN THE TEAM
• Roster, schedule and staff in one place
• Message the whole team, or one family directly, with photos and polls
• RSVPs on every event, so you know who is coming

GAME DAY
• Score the game live — play-by-play as it happens, for anyone who could not be there
• Live stream from the phone in your hand, no extra equipment
• Box score at the final whistle, and a written recap of how it went
• Stats that carry across the season rather than dying with the game

FOR FAMILIES
• Your athlete's photos, gathered after every game
• Buy as digital downloads — single photos, a five-photo bundle, or the whole gallery
• Open any gallery you are sent a link to, and buy without creating an account

FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS - keep 75-80% of every sale
• Find games near you and reserve the ones you want to shoot
• League galleries sort themselves by player; upload from the phone at the ground
• Build a gallery for anything else — a tournament, team photos, portraits, headshots — with scenes for each part of the day, a password, and an expiry date if you want one
• Set a price list per shoot and your own promo codes
• A public portfolio at your own link, grouped by the kind of work
• Get paid your share of every sale, on a weekly schedule

HOW THE SORTING WORKS
Rokstr matches faces and jersey numbers to your team's roster. Matching runs only for players whose parent has agreed to it. Withdraw that agreement and we delete the faceprint, stop matching them, and re-render the photos so their face is no longer visible in public galleries.

BUILT FOR CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Children are never account holders on Rokstr. A parent or guardian holds the account, gives consent separately for each kind of use, and can revoke any of it. Anyone — including someone with no account at all — can ask for a photo of their child to be removed, and it comes down straight away while we review it. In team chat you can report a message to us, or block someone so you stop seeing them.
