Update: having tried using this app a few dozen tries, and it's filled with bugs. It crashes when you change orientation during the printing process. It has yet to find my printer, yet I can skip the process and print. Needs work Old review: Finally! I'm so glad to see design software for the rollo, so I don't have to jump through multiple apps and learn language just to print silly and organizational labels for things at home. Well done, Rollo I will update the review after a month of use

If you're planning to use it on pc or use the templates it's fine. If you're hoping to use it to print custom labels on the spot use a different app and import the image. There is no way to write custom text in the textbox, it starts with a template phrase and there's no way to rewrite it on an android device. Contacting support gets you the runaround as they want video proof of your problem. So if you don't have the means or the knowhow for that expect support to be wholly unwilling to help.

Such a horrible piece of hardware and software. Sometimes it takes forever just trying to connect the dam app to the unit. A product should never be this hard to use very disappointing
