Cant get username sign up through app. I'm a new user, it forces you to go through a sign up, but the sign up doesn't function properly. Update: i had to go to the website on my pc to set up a username. It has only gotten worse now. bought this to have a Wi-Fi label printer. If I have to connect with my phone, this does me no good. Wi-Fi should mean that I can connect to it from my computer. All this stuff in the app is only set up for Bluetooth, not WiFi printer from windows pc.

Rollo's app is absolutely horrible. Do not download it. I got this app because I thought it would make printing much easier without having to hook up my laptop with cables every time. I expected it to save time, but it actually takes 10 times longer. The printer constantly loses its Wi-Fi connection, and I have to restart it after almost every single print just to get it working again. It took me over an hour to print just three shipping labels. This app is incredibly frustrating and unreliable.

Trash. This printer worked fine for well over a year. The past few months it constantly drops off but when I try to re add it it says it's already connected. I've tried factory resets, using the cord, uninstalling the app and creating an entirely new account. IT DOES NOT WORK. I've spent HOURS on the chat/phone with support, who never solved the problem. I don't know what update or whatever happened, but this is the most annoying, frustrating POS.
