With just one photo or video, Romal analyzes posture alignment and joint range of motion, then presents visual insights that support exercise coaching and movement review. From capturing to sharing results, the entire process can be completed within one app, helping trainers manage client sessions and provide feedback more efficiently.
Key Features
Static Posture Analysis — Front & Side Views
Take a photo or import one from your album, and AI tracks key body landmarks such as the nose, shoulders, pelvis, and knees.
Romal compares reference lines with the body’s centerline and displays alignment indicators for the head, shoulders, pelvis, and knees. This helps users visually understand posture balance and body positioning in a simple, easy-to-review format.
Dynamic Analysis — Overhead Squat & Single-Leg Squat
Record or upload a video of up to 10 seconds and instantly review a preview overlaid with pose estimation results.
You can select specific frames as key movement events and review range of motion, including hip, knee, and ankle movement, left-right balance lines, and changes in joint angles. Front and side-view snapshots can be saved and shared to communicate movement feedback more clearly.
Reference Line / Vertical Line Editing & Skeleton Adjustment
After capturing, you can rotate the image and reposition reference lines in the “Tilt & Vertical Line Editing” screen to improve the accuracy of visual alignment review.
On the analysis result screen, you can also manually adjust skeleton points and individually turn skeletons, guidelines, and reference lines on or off.
Scores, Insights & Key Metrics
Based on AI-measured values, Romal provides an overall score and simple insight badges such as Good, Check, and Needs Attention.
Key metrics such as head tilt, shoulder/pelvis/knee line angles, and range of motion help trainers and users quickly identify areas to review during coaching sessions.
Analysis History & Sharing
All captures and analysis results are saved as session records.
You can revisit previous results, edit notes and dates, and export the full analysis screen as an image for easy sharing.
