About this app

Civum is built for medication that isn't simple.

Most reminder apps assume one pill, once a day. Civum is for the regimens that don't fit that mold — a thyroid or psychiatric dose being titrated up, a steroid being tapered down, a parent's daily list of ten, the prescriptions you can't safely combine without checking. It keeps the whole picture in order: what to take, when, what not to mix it with, and when you'll run out.

SCHEDULES THAT MATCH THE PRESCRIPTION
• Fixed — the same doses on a steady daily or weekly rhythm.
• Titrating — step-up and taper ladders that change the dose over time, with a clear "you are here."
• As-needed (PRN) — log what you actually took, without a schedule marking it "missed."

REMINDERS THAT HOLD UP
Doses are anchored to your local time, so a 9:00 dose stays at 9:00 — across daylight saving, and across time zones when you travel. No silent shifts, no doubled-up alerts.

CHECK BEFORE YOU COMBINE
Add your medications and Civum flags potential interactions, ranked by severity, so you know which pairings are worth a conversation with your doctor or pharmacist.

NEVER GET CAUGHT SHORT
Track how much you have on hand. Civum counts down the days to empty and surfaces refills before you run out — sorted by what's most urgent first.

SEE YOUR ADHERENCE
A clear history of taken, missed, and upcoming doses by week and month — for you, and for the appointments where someone asks how it's been going.

SHARE WITH A CAREGIVER
Give a family member a read-only view, so whoever helps manage a parent's medications sees the same schedule — without the phone calls and screenshots.

BUILT TO BE READ
Large, legible type. Calm, high-contrast color. Generous tap targets. Designed for someone taking twelve medications who doesn't find technology easy — not only the people who do.

WHO IT'S FOR
• Anyone managing a complex or changing medication regimen
• People living with chronic conditions
• Caregivers tracking medications for a parent or family member

YOUR DATA
Your medication list is sensitive, and we treat it that way: each account's data is isolated behind per-user access rules. Your information stays yours.

Civum is an organizational and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its interaction information is for awareness only — always follow the guidance of your doctor or pharmacist.
Built for complex regimens: titration, interaction checks, refills & reminders.
