Civum is for the regimens that don't fit that mold — a thyroid or psychiatric dose being titrated up, a steroid being tapered down, a parent's daily list of ten, the prescriptions you can't safely combine without checking. It keeps the whole picture in order: what to take, when, what not to mix it with, and when you'll run out.
