Very nice interface! I love how it has these featured challenges right up front, you can join in and get a nice burn going. Regarding the challenges, I like how there's several different lengths of them, some are 1 day, some are 7 days and so on. Those profiles of athletes in different categories is very helpful and informative as well. The exercises library is expansive and the videos are helpful for beginners who aren't yet familiar with fitness terminology. Very good start for this app.

The app is clearly mapped out, easy to read & follow. I really like the fact that there are coaches to choose from, based on what you are aiming to work on, i.e, Legs/Glutes, Arms, Chest, Shoulders, Back, & Cardio. They have challenges to choose from & with each challenge tell you what level they are, i.e, beginner, intermediate, advanced. I've only downloaded it, haven't actually used or done any of the workouts. But I'm strongly thinking about using it. Why not though, it's free.

Fantastic App. There are a multitude of challenges to accept. Along with an inspirational section with many athletes stories, there is a vast library of instructional videos showing correct exercise techniques. Of course, the App measures performance over time, so the user can see their progress. The App also links to workout music on Spotify! This App is, in many ways, better than a personal trainer.
