Ratings and reviews

I love Rooster's, but the app is lacking. There is no ability to enable persistent login or biometric login. Also, there is no reason to completely lock an account for an hour after 3 attempts with a password with no ability to reset and gain access. It's excessive for a barbershop app. Within the app, it should be easier to switch stylists for the type of appointment you would like or see what stylists are available on different days without having to back all the way out.

I've been a few times and always had a fantastic shave and trim. Most recently Rebeca took care of me and she was meticulous and provided great service.

it's kind of hard to sign up to join when I enter my email to get the code and it gives me 1min to enter it and I don't receive it until 15 minutes later.
