Ratings and reviews

I love Rooster's, but the app is lacking. There is no ability to enable persistent login or biometric login. Also, there is no reason to completely lock an account for an hour after 3 attempts with a password with no ability to reset and gain access. It's excessive for a barbershop app. Within the app, it should be easier to switch stylists for the type of appointment you would like or see what stylists are available on different days without having to back all the way out.

Excellent haircut experience! Comfortable, unpretentious facility. Danielle gave me an excellent "sharp" looking haircut and hot lather neck trim. She was on time, a delight to chat with, and I will certainly be returning for my future haircuts.

Colors are off, background and font colors are both black. Can't adjust in the app.or phone. Still seems to work, though.
