LF Guia is the official nutritional monitoring app of nutritionist Leonardo Freitas, created to facilitate communication and follow-up between professional and patient.
With the app, patients registered by invitation have access to:
• Personalized meal plans
• Record and history of progress and body measurements
• Continuous monitoring with guidance from the nutritionist
• Direct communication with the office
Access to the app is via login and password, provided individually by Leo Freitas to each patient under his care (including children and adolescents, under the responsibility of the office). No external registration is required — simply use the credentials provided at the office.
