About this game

Rotating City is a district-spin puzzle where every neighborhood is a tile you can rotate. The goal is unique: align roads, power lines, and water pipes at the same time so a neon pulse can travel from city hubs to every consumer block.


Campaign play moves through Harbor Loop, Neon Core, Skyline Ridge, and Underground Vein. Each zone tightens the grid, adds network layers, and rewards clean solutions with up to three stars. Pulse Lab offers a sandbox for free experimentation, while City Codex explains the urban systems behind the mechanic.


Progression covers twenty handcrafted districts, achievement milestones, and persistent settings for haptics, hints, and pulse pacing. Built for phones of every size with offline fonts and a cohesive magenta-violet neon identity, Rotating City is a complete puzzle experience centered on reconnecting a living city one spin at a time.
