Terrible service..no one knows how to fix it now I gotta pay again to have a person come to my home. This is nuts..camera has gone back to original way of downloading to viewa capture clip! Only one camera..n it's off n on wifi for over 2 months...with new router box...wires were checked at the time n my wifi is locked! Go figure .problems constantly...help

No link to disclosure agreement. I never finished starting the app because the screen is an image and does not have a link to disclose the terms and conditions to which I would be agreeing. Since you are using this to try and sell me an additional service, you need to be transparent.

The broken glass alarm is too sensitive. When I put plates and bowls away, it tells me broken glass. I like the garage door open warning since the garage door likes to open by itself. A window was barely open. Wasn't latched. I didn't know it. The alarm let me know. I feel safe with all the warnings I've had so far, except the broken glass.
