Ratings and reviews

Absolutely terrible. Mostly because it won't let me make an account. It works fine until I try to choose a password. It gives me no guidelines on what is required in the password. And despite trying multiple password options (varying lengths, capitalizations, numbers and symbols), it just keeps telling me "Invalid Password". Please fix this, as I just recently found Johnny's and actually like it.

This updated app is horrible. I used to be able to drive slowly by without stopping to scan the carwash QR code through my car window, but now I have to stop, roll down my window and tilt my phone in 80 different directions to get it to scan. Also, I should not have to indicate that I do NOT want to turn on notifications every time I open the app. You'd think an updated and upgraded app would increase user ease, but that's not the case.

For those getting this app for the car wash, don't. Not worth it if the location keeps closing/maintenance/or just not open. Frustrating... Although no issue with the app itself, but if it is tied to a service that can't be delivered then useless....hence a 3 star and not a 1.
