Fall asleep listening to whatever you like and let Nexo Sleep Timer take care of the rest. 😴 When the countdown ends, it turns off your music and locks the screen for you, so you don't have to get up to do it.

⏱️ SHUTDOWN TIMER

Set the time and decide what should happen when it ends. Turn on the actions you want and combine them:

⏸️ Stop playback in any music or video app.
🔉 Turn the volume down, either all at once or with a gradual fade you can set up to 4 minutes, so the music dies away without a jolt.
🔕 Mute your device, leaving alarms untouched. You can have the sound come back on its own after a few hours, or keep everything silent until you decide otherwise.
🌙 Turn off and lock the screen.

The actions run all at once or one after another, in the order you choose.

🌧️ RELAXING SOUNDS

A second timer with looping ambient sound to keep you company until you fall asleep: rain, fire, sea and birds. If you prefer, you can add an alarm at the end, using your system's default tone or any tone on your device. ⏰

🔋 KEEPS RUNNING WITH THE SCREEN OFF

A sleep timer is no use if the system freezes it after ten minutes. NexoSleepTimer anchors itself to your device's clock, so it doesn't drift however long the countdown is, and it picks up the time that was left if Android closes the app on its own. While it runs, a notification shows you the time remaining and lets you pause or stop it without opening the app.

If your phone has been idle for a long time, Android may delay the last stretch by a few minutes to save battery. You can exclude the app from battery optimisation in its settings for the best accuracy.

• Two ways to set the time: a dial you drag with your finger, or a digital clock with hours, minutes and seconds. You can also type it in.
• Light theme, dark theme or whatever your system uses.
• A heads-up before the timer ends, by vibration or notification, in case you want to add a few more minutes.
• An option to keep the screen on while the timer runs.
• Available in Spanish, English, Italian, Portuguese, German, French, Catalan, Basque and Galician. 🌍

🔑 PERMISSIONS

Some actions need special Android permissions, and you are only asked for them when you turn on the action that uses them:

• Locking the screen requires enabling the app as a device administrator. It is used solely to turn off the screen when the timer ends; no data is accessed and nothing else is controlled. You can withdraw the permission whenever you like from the app's settings.
• Muting the device requires Do Not Disturb access.
• Stopping playback in other apps works best with notification access, which lets it pause apps that ignore every other method.

They are all optional: the app works without them, simply with fewer actions available.
