The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Pressure App has ten (10) video chapters:

CHAPTER ONE: PUT YOUR BACK INTO IT
Too many students make the mistake of using too much arm strength, and as a result, end up tiring their arms out too quickly. Learn the most important aspect of applying pressure from the top!

CHAPTER TWO: IMPORTANT POINTS ON PRESSURE
In this chapter, I share several valuable and important points about pressure that other instructional videos don’t mention. It’s important that you learn and train these point so you don’t make the most common mistakes.

CHAPTER THREE: HOW TO USE PRESSURE EFFICIENTLY
Anyone can use pressure. But can they use it efficiently and without making themselves vulnerable? That is the focus of this chapter!

CHAPTER FOUR: THE PRIVATE LESSON STORY
In this chapter, I share a story about a local brown belt who came by to take a private lesson with me. Learn some valuable lessons from this fascinating story.

CHAPTER FIVE: HALF GUARD TO FRONT MOUNT
In this chapter, I teach you how to apply pressure from the top of the half guard position, how to control from and eventually pass this position. There is a subtle, but crucial point in this video that many miss. Don’t you miss it!

CHAPTER SIX: IMPORTANCE OF THE KNEE
In this chapter, I teach you the importance of controlling the opponent’s knee. Many overlook or are not taught these details from this position.

CHAPTER SEVEN: SHOULDER PRESSURE
In this chapter, I teach you how to use the front of your shoulder to apply pressure. These details can often be the difference between submitting an opponent or getting him to move in specific ways, or just making him uncomfortable.
