Ratings and reviews

Apps are annoying and the cost of the premium version only to remove ads does not make sense. This costed a star. Otherwise it's great. It supports NAS and has a convenient "top bar" that allow you to switch between different window. Very convenient to organize many files! Only missing feature: There is no confirmation that the file transfer completed successfully (window only close upon completion - not convenient for large transfer as when I transfer all photos from my phone to the network).

Much thought and work has clearly gone into this. I just want a local FM for my phone, so I wouldn't need the "premium" version (tho it's odd that "Search accurately for files" is extra—does it search inaccurately otherwise? 😁). And as with most "sponsored" apps, if you stay offline when you run it, you don't get slammed by ads. But I found the GUI oddly dated and bland. (Eg., "CDs" for music files?) I think the devs need to study more design examples… It can be done so much better.

Not sure what happened, but after I paid my $17.99 subscription for the year...I could no longer play my Playlist. I contacted the developer 2x followed instructions but still can't use the click and Playlist feature that I used for years. I hope this gets fixed. But Sep to Nov is long enough so I need to use another file manager.
