About this app

Sitting all day shouldn't hurt.

TypeRelief reminds you to take regular breaks throughout your workday. No guided exercises — just simple reminders to stretch and move before RSI and repetitive strain creep in.

Perfect for:
- Desk workers and remote employees
- Developers, writers, designers, analysts
- Anyone dealing with neck, back, or wrist pain from typing
- Building better break habits before problems start

Choose from built-in reminders:
Wrist stretch, finger stretch, neck roll, shoulder shrug, back stretch, eye rest, posture check, stand up, deep breath, or quick break. Add your own custom reminders too.

Customise everything:
Set break intervals from 60 minutes up to 8 hours. Pick which reminders you want. Make it work for your schedule.

Simple notifications that don't interrupt meetings or calls. Runs quietly in the background. That's it.

Made by someone who got tired of typing pain and built this for myself. Figured others might find it useful too.

One payment, yours forever. No subscription nonsense.

Your body will thank you.
