About this app

CIELO is the mobile eToolkit of the ERASMUS+ CIELO project, co-funded by the European Union, created to strengthen skills in health promotion, with a focus on preventing childhood obesity and promoting mental health.

Playful learning activities:
🥗 Healthy Eating Plate : build a balanced meal and get feedback (nutrition summary, suggestions).
🧠 Trivia : multiple-choice questions about obesity, mental health, and their interactions.
🧩 Crossword : reinforce key concepts with a crossword puzzle.
🌱 Garden Game : a “regenerative school garden” activity (site selection, vegetables by color groups, planting, companion plants/pollinators).
💪 Guided Workout Videos : modules with short guided exercise videos to follow along.

What’s new

- Instructional text for activities and features has been improved to make the app easier to understand and use
- A welcome screen has been added and is displayed when users open the app for the first time
- In the Crossword activity, a hint feature has been added to reveal a correct letter for the selected row
- The "Mindfulness" feature has been renamed to "Breathe"
- In Daily Challenge, only one challenge can be completed per day, while users can still choose which challenge to complete
