Ruckus app used to work fine, this system was installed by my home builder as part of my smart home. It's soooo difficult to login the Ruckus. Started after the update, I get "unable to login unleashed remotely." I've gone through settings and even invited myself 7 times as a remote user. No Joy! It's become a difficult system to manage. When I do get in, I can't navigate through the different APs, it'll kick me with that same message. I may switch to something less frustrating

Edit: Things are working again. I'm on app version 11.133.1. I used it to upgrade my APs from 200.13 to 200.14. Now the app will no longer connect to my APs. It tells me "Unable to reach Unleashed Network remotely." My APs are functioning fine because I can still wirelessly connect to the Internet, but I can no longer manage my Unleashed Network.

Not great. The UX is clearly from the early Android 3 days, and functionality is as basic as it gets (it shows some stats and lets you manage a few AP and switch settings). There's none of the other functionality found in apps from other vendors (like UBNT WiFiMan or OMADA Wi-Fi Navi), all which offer performance and diagnostic tools to suss out network issues. Even worse, this app's code base is so old that it doesn't even recognize newer top level domains such as .cloud. Embarrassing.
