Not how Wi-Fi should be handled Oh, yeah, that's smart, let's just make everyone connect to an unsecured network so they can download an app so they can install a .netconfig so they can be connected to a crappy wireless connection. Also, let's randomly boot connectors off so they have to revalidate their device every 2 weeks! Oh, and it gets better, let's not let their device connect to the unsecured network, so that they don't have any way or reconnecting! Genius! Plus, we get to collect their internet usage data and sell it! Brilliant!
Worst app ever Authentication failed all the time. Although the password had been reset. Don't know why unimas make the students' and staffs' life miserable. Not user friendly at all. It is better don't have this system to log in, the old way is much more easier.
Complete and Utter Garbage Doesn't work at all, even when instructions are closely followed. If I could give this worthless trash negative stars, I would. For the love of God, don't make your school system use this app.
Works - Many Misunderstand The App It is a bit fiddly to set up and access the applicable wifi. An easier UI must be possible. Good news: faculty & students must only do this once/year. Many misunderstand the need to control who is on the network and how many are on as well as not having their data exposed to random passers-by.
Authentication won't work. WiFi suddenly cuts out one day. Can't authenticate or connect to network no matter what I do, even though my phone says the campus wifi is strong.
2 hours of my life I'll never get back. I suppose for techy folks, this might be easy, but for the rest of us, the error messages are rather cryptic. If it doesn't work the first time, it can be a challenge to troubleshoot.
