Spotty connection- worked for 2 days then issues started. Deleted device and tried to add again. Uninstalled and reinstalled, signed out and back in, Bluetooth off then on, all the same outcome. App is not connecting to device.

Works great! Fast, easy connect to my massager, easy to use. First time using it so hopefully I won't have any issues down the road so I won't have to revise my review.

I bought the massager seat cover but I can't use the app. It doesn't matter which network I use, the app says it's unavailable. I've tried my home WiFi and also my phone internet service provider. Can you please fix this.
