Stopped working and counting the steps for the past month.zero response

The step measurement is not exactly works, my phone's native app often counts about 15 to 20 percent more steps compared to this. Also no option to shut the volume of the app, making convertion stop any music running in background and it's REALLY loud.

App is not working. It says something my device doesn't allow it to run properly and I have an option only to tap close app. I'm using Samsung s10, and it used to work. Also, I approved all the permissions the app needs.
