How it works:
1. Register your account and optionally connect your Strava account.
2. Add friends by name and send invites, or choose Ghost Mode to train alone.
3. Click the "+" to create a run.
4. Choose between a run with friends or Ghost Mode. For Ghost Mode: Choose distance or time and set a target pace for the virtual opponent.
5. For runs with friends: Choose distance or time, choose a time, and invite friends.
6. Start the run at the agreed-upon time, the app counts down, and the run begins.
7. During the run: Monitor stats, view each other's progress (or the ghost's progress), check locations on the map, and use the walkie-talkie (for runs with friends).
8. Pause the run if necessary; tracking stops automatically.
9. Complete the distance or time and hear the win/loss audio.
10. Save the run and view results in your run history.
