DashFit answers a single question when you open it: what is my next run, and what am I aiming for?
Most running apps are logbooks: they tell you what you have already done. DashFit is built as a copilot: it gets you ready for what comes next.
WHAT YOU SEE FIRST
• Today's session, with its target distance and pace
• Your readiness for the day, calculated from your recent training load
• Your week so far: distance covered, sessions completed, rest days
YOUR TRAINING PLAN
• A plan built in six steps: goal from 5 km to marathon or trail, target time, race date, available days and weekly volume
• Your target pace is calculated from the goal you set
• Planned sessions are written into your Google Calendar
YOUR RUN ANALYSIS
• Pace based on time actually spent running, pauses excluded
• Split time per kilometer, with the fastest and slowest split highlighted
• Average and maximum heart rate, plus time spent in each intensity zone
• Cadence, stride count, calories and elevation gain when your watch reports them
• VDOT and personal records, with equivalent times over other distances
YOUR CONDITION
• Sleep, resting heart rate and heart rate variability
• Ratio of recent load to baseline load, to put your fatigue in context
• Carbohydrate and hydration guidance for the session ahead
CALENDAR SYNC
DashFit reads your sessions from Health Connect, then fills your Google Calendar events with the details of each run: duration, distance, pace, split times, heart rate zones and calories. Your past and upcoming sessions live in the calendar you already check every day.
WHAT YOU NEED
DashFit is made for runners using a GPS watch that syncs with Health Connect, in particular Garmin and Samsung Galaxy Watch. A Google account is required for calendar sync. The app does not record your runs itself: it works from the data captured by your watch.
YOUR DATA
Your health data stays on your phone. Only run summaries are written to your own Google Calendar. No intermediate server, no advertising profiling.
Note: the app interface is currently available in French.
Your next run, its target distance and pace, right when you open the app.
