Used this today and it would NOT save the workout. The method to the HIT is straight forward but to lose all that info makes this a disappointing app. No guarantee what'll happen tomorrow.

Great app to track and monitor your health needs and gives nice workout intervals for all.

Really unpleasant font, no possibility to change units from imperial to metric.
