Run the best streets in Paris.

RunninParis scores every street in Paris from the City's own open data: parks, trees, pedestrian zones, wide sidewalks. And gives you custom routes made for running. Just the ideal, quiet, car-free run you were looking for.

Enter an address and a distance. In seconds you get 3 to 6 running routes to compare, each with its score, breakdown, elevation profile and distance. You pick the one you like most.

YOU CHOOSE, IN FULL TRANSPARENCY
Every search returns several routes, each named after the place it runs through, and the app compares them for you: which one is the shadiest, which has the widest sidewalks, which will stop you least. The overall score, the breakdown, the elevation and the distance are all there, you decide.

WHAT YOUR RUN IS MADE OF
Terrain first: how much of your route runs through parks, pedestrian zones and streets. Comfort next: tree shade, sidewalk width, the number of stops at crossings. And you can drag along the elevation profile, each point lands on the route, with fountains and toilets exactly where they are along the way.

ROADWORKS FLAGGED
Works that eat into the sidewalks along your route show up on its card, with their length and their announced end date. You know before you set off, or you pick another route.

LOOP OR ROUTE, AT THE DISTANCE YOU ASKED FOR
Ask for 10 km, run 10 km. A loop from your door, or a route from A to B with up to three stops along the way, in the order you choose.

SPORTS FACILITIES
Fancy some intervals? Find the running tracks, swimming pools and sports grounds around you, with what each venue offers and its opening hours.

RUNNING MODE
Follow your run on a beautiful 3D map: a real-time blue dot, fountains and toilets shown along the way. With Live Activities, keep your distance, time and next turn in view from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, all without unlocking your phone.

3D PREVIEW
Fly over your route before you run, in drone, chase or orbit view, at the speed you choose. Spot the turns and the streets, and set off with confidence.

CULTURE MODE
Pick Culture mode and RunninParis draws a run past Paris's monuments, commemorative plaques and must-see sites. Discover the story behind each one on swipeable cards, without ever stopping your run.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
Launch your favorite route in one tap, or map a run to your home or work, without even opening the app. Turn a commute into a run.

YOUR ROUTES, NEVER LOST
A free account, with Apple, Google or a code sent by email, no password: your routes, your home, your work and your favorite places are kept, even when you change phones. Units, default distance and route type: the app opens already set the way you like it.

SEND A ROUTE TO A FRIEND
One link by message, and the route opens in your friend's app.

EXPORT YOUR ROUTE
Send any route to your favorite app (Strava, Garmin, Coros, Komoot…) for turn-by-turn guidance, or export the GPX file.

We cover all of Paris intra-muros: every street plus the Bois de Boulogne and the Bois de Vincennes, scored and mapped. We'd rather do Paris perfectly than all of Île-de-France halfway.
