RunSafe is a running app built around one question: does someone know where you are right now?
Record a run and the people you choose can watch it live: your route, pace, and battery on a map, while Guardian keeps an eye on the numbers and speaks up if something looks wrong.
SOMEONE WATCHING
• Pick your watchers before you head out. They see your live map, pace, distance, and phone battery.
• Watchers are notified when you start and when you finish.
• No app on their phone? Send a text link that opens in any browser.
GUARDIAN
Guardian watches movement, pace, route, and time while you run:
• Off route, no movement, sudden stop, vehicle-like speed, an erratic path, or a run that goes long
• It asks you first, and one tap says "I'm OK"
• If you don't answer in time, your watchers are alerted with your live location
• Optional scheduled check-ins for long runs
Every signal can be tuned or turned off. Alerts go to your watchers; Guardian is not a replacement for 911.
THE SAFETY MAP
• Community alerts and hazards along your routes
• See what other runners have flagged before you head out
• Add your own reports and photos, and follow the conversation on alerts near you
MARK IT WITHOUT STOPPING
Something felt off at mile two? Drop a safety marker mid-run with one tap and deal with it later. It stays pinned to the exact spot and moment.
ROUTES AND RACES
• Save favorite routes and pick one when you start
• Connect Strava to bring in routes from your past activities and share finished runs
• Find local races and keep them in one place
ON YOUR WRIST (WEAR OS)
Start, pause, and finish from your watch. See live stats and who's watching, drop safety markers, and answer Guardian without reaching for your phone.

RunSafe uses your precise location to record runs and share them with the watchers you choose. Background location only matters while a run is being recorded: it keeps the recording alive when your screen is off or you switch apps.
