About this app

RaceDay Mobile (RD Mobile) provides for manual scoring for small events using mobile devices. Users record participant's finish times using Chute or Finish Line Mode. Recording can be completed via a solo user using Finish Line Mode, or as a two person team, using both Finish Line Mode and Chute Mode. Results are stored locally and pushed to RunSignup Results platform upon the completion of the race. In addition, this system provides integration with the RaceDay Photo and Announcer systems.

This release provides the following improvements:
-- Rebranded to RaceDay Mobile as this platform is expanding into RaceDay features beyond timing.
-- Automated photo trigger based on timing data passing with configurable delay.
-- Easy setup for Announcer Mode based on QR scan from RaceDay Scoring.
-- Improved photo upload error detection and user feedback if issues with device camera or upload to RunSignup.
-- Updated gun shot marker user experience.
