Maddeningly unhelpful. I'm not even sure this is the app I need, every time I go to use it my password doesn't work. Then when I call to get the simple answers I need I wait, then go through the hoops by phone to setup an online account I can access. The process starts all over months later when I can't log in. I will tell my friends to use caution when going to Ruoff. They don't even have a contract with our credit union to accept electronic check, it's mail only and terrible business today!
