Customer service is too slow and bad. Tickets are closed without offering any resolution. My concern was simple. I need an acknowledgement number and receipt for the installment paid. In other apps, we automatically receive a payment acknowledgement. But not on this platform. They simply closed the ticket. Now, need to send a handwritten letter to their registered corporate office.

I am facing issue with the application from last 1 month despite of many calls and mails still they are not solving my issue. I am waiting from nearly from 1 month the worst customer support. I have sent lot of mails and called the customer care still not doing anything. I told that I am unable to open my application after entering the OTP. Last 15 days one of them called and said your issue will be solved. The worst support I have ever seen. will you solve my issue or not

Very poor customer support. My loan application showed "Disbursement Process", but the amount was not credited to my bank account. I contacted support multiple times by email, but I only received automated replies and no proper response from a support representative. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience.
