i had left a previous rating which I had to delete so that i can post a new one. the previous rating, rupeeredee asked me to reach out to them by email and they can fix it. They lied. I have been calling them for more than a month and emailing them as well but they don't answer. the grievance lady I spoke to was so rude and refused to help me. I'm unable to login to my account after i enter my phone number and otp and it keeps loading asking me to "please wait" and never logs me in.

I am unable to opening the app and I didn't getting any otp from your side. Today is my repayment date how will I pay if the app doesn't open. And now it's showing unable to complete the loan application. I already taken a loan and I am unable to repay it for your technical problem. I will not pay any extra amount for your technical problem.

Worst loan experience for the first time in the years I have used this app. Recently I closed my loan hoping to get a new loan and they denied my request. I had applied for the loan after closing the previous loan multiple times and it worked. I could have paid only the emi and have left the loan a/c active instead I paid the full amount to close the account. The app said to reapply after 30 days, if a person had to reapply after 30 days why would he close the existing a/c. Same reply from csr.
