Very poor customer support. My loan application showed "Disbursement Process", but the amount was not credited to my bank account. I contacted support multiple times by email, but I only received automated replies and no proper response from a support representative. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience.

I applied for a loan this morning and the status shows “Disbursed”, but I have not received any amount in my bank account. I contacted customer care, but there is no response. If the loan was really disbursed, provide the UTR/transaction reference immediately. If not, clearly confirm and cancel it. Showing “Disbursed” without transferring the money is misleading. Please resolve this immediately, otherwise I will file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. this is fraudulent Activit

I took loan nearly 5 times I repaid 4 times exactly on due date only 1 time I missed my payment because of app technical issue. App not showed my due date after 1 month of due date app showed my due amount including extra charges of 4000rs. Because of their app problem I paid extra fine charges that Is disgusting. Leave that a side. Now they are not providing a loan. Such a pathetic and shameless app. Never install guys. But the appreciate thing is loan disbursement is too fast. It take just 5m.
