Rupee Ready may look helpful at first, but my experience was very disappointing. Even after paying all EMIs on time, instead of increasing the limit, the app blocks it. First, it shows you as eligible and gives a loan, then another loan. But once you clear the second loan and apply again, it simply says no offers are available. Customer service is also unreliable. While contacting them through Gmail, I even received a warning: "!!! WARNING !!!: The sender is located outside of your organizations

I have been taking loans from RupeeRedee for many years and have always paid my EMIs before the due date without missing any. But for the past few months, I’m unable to get a new loan—it keeps showing “apply after a week.” I keep getting offer emails, but the issue is still not solved even after multiple mails and tickets. This is very disappointing for a loyal customer.

I have already completed the settlement/payment for my loan account and shared the payment details. Despite this, my loan account is still shown as open, and I continue to receive recovery messages and threats. What is more concerning is that there has been complete ignorance from your side after payment, with no proper customer support contact available to resolve this issue. If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will be left with only option to raise a formal RBI complaint.
