whoever coded this app needs to go back to school because clearly they don't know what they're doing. first off, it forces you - at gunpoint - to put in your phone number and then to register an email or sign into your account. there is no option to just go into the app and see what your local store has when it comes to food items or drink items. once you do sign in, there is a high likelihood that you won't even be able to see 90% of what your store provides because the app just doesn't work.

This app doesn't let me order on the phone. An error message keeps popping up, "The order is invalid. we're checking your order with the store. Please try again." Twice I had to order inside the store kiosk and noticed those 2 times it added double an item. I didn't notice it until I paid it. I have a Samsung flip phone. Never again am I wasting my time ordering at Rutter's

The latest update completely obliterated the UI. In theory, the app is better with everything, EXCEPT when you go to checkout. The UI gets entirely screwed up by loading a browser within the app instead of just having a checkout UI in app. Some of the text boxes are laughably small, and you can't see what you're typing as you type due to the always present "must fill out these sections" reminder. And when typing my username and password, they entered in reverse. how do you mess that up?
