YIKES! Normally I dont consider myself picky with apps, as long as they get the job done. problem is that this app doesnt even do what it promises. I was told by the employee at the new rutters down the road that they didnt offer physical royalty cards so I had to download the app. whatever. I end up going to place an order for me and my fiancé for pickup. Loading times are unreasonable, the pictures for the food are almost all from stock websites, text is far too small. couldnt even check out!

The new update made the UI trash. It's harder now to navigate and it's so glitchy when checking out. It is constantly logging me out, removing items, giving error codes, etc. Wish the company would have put more effort into creating an actual reward system than breaking an app that worked well enough in the first place. 11/6 I didn't think you could make the app worse but here we are. All my info is gone and it's even more clunky to use now than the first version of the app.

The latest update completely obliterated the UI. In theory, the app is better with everything, EXCEPT when you go to checkout. The UI gets entirely screwed up by loading a browser within the app instead of just having a checkout UI in app. Some of the text boxes are laughably small, and you can't see what you're typing as you type due to the always present "must fill out these sections" reminder. And when typing my username and password, they entered in reverse. how do you mess that up?
