This app doesn't let me order on the phone. An error message keeps popping up, "The order is invalid. we're checking your order with the store. Please try again." Twice I had to order inside the store kiosk and noticed those 2 times it added double an item. I didn't notice it until I paid it. I have a Samsung flip phone. Never again am I wasting my time ordering at Rutter's

no longer can save a favorite or see my order history. The WHOLE point of me installing and using the app was because I could re-order my favorite meal every time with a simple key presses. I can no longer find my previous orders and have to spend all that time redoing the order over and over. Either bring it back or I'll go elsewhere.

YIKES! Normally I dont consider myself picky with apps, as long as they get the job done. problem is that this app doesnt even do what it promises. I was told by the employee at the new rutters down the road that they didnt offer physical royalty cards so I had to download the app. whatever. I end up going to place an order for me and my fiancé for pickup. Loading times are unreasonable, the pictures for the food are almost all from stock websites, text is far too small. couldnt even check out!
